You need to be registered to vote in Wisconsin

Don't overlook that moving to a new address requires updating your voter registration.

To check on the status of your current voter registration, go to this page and enter your name and date of birth. If you are registered, you're good to go. If the address listed for you is old, you will need to re-register.

If you are NOT registered at your current address and don't know who to contact because you have moved to a different municipality, go to this page to find out where you vote. Then contact the clerk for your municipality to find out when you can register.

You can always register at the polling place, but it will take a few extra minutes and you must have all the necessary documents along with you.
